The Essential Oils used in Aromatherapy are extracted naturally from plants from around the world. The oils can enter the body through the skin, because their molecules are extremely small. Using Essential Oils enhances the effect of the already beneficial massage and helps with every type of ache and pain, soothing away the stress & strains of modern life. Aromatherapy massage increases the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids in order to increase the release of toxins from the tissues benefiting many common ailments.
